Welcome to wellness
We’re here to help you feel more you.
Ladies; Times have changed and life is very different from that experienced by our mothers and grandmothers, but despite Feminism and Equality Acts one thing still keeps many of us firmly rooted in the 1950s…
… putting everything and everyone else first; often at great cost to our own health and wellbeing.
Whilst selflessness can be an admirable quality, a tendency to ignore our own health, often because we are too busy looking after everyone else, means many women suffer needlessly with issues that often get minimised as “women’s problems”.
However just because a problem is common in women does not mean you have to “grin and bear it.” So, I am on a mission:
To talk openly about these issues and tell you, very loudly, it is absolutely fine for you to demand the help you need.
